Demi Beard Game Report: vs St. Katharine Drexel

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Demi Beard stepped things up a notch to give St. Mary's Academy the 'W'. Beard scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. The performance marked the most hits she has had since back in February.

Beard and St. Mary's Academy will square off against South Plaquemines at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Cougars haven't beaten the Hurricanes recently, having gone 0-6 since March of 2016.
