Basketball Recap: Carmel Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Carmel had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They enjoyed a cozy 57-39 victory over the Marion Giants on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Greyhounds also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Marion lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Logan Barnes, who posted ten points. Another player making a difference was Kobe Johnson, who put up eight points.

Carmel's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Marion, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-5.
