The Front Range Christian Falcons will head out on the road to square off against the Englewood Pirates at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Front Range Christian is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Front Range Christian challenged SkyView Academy on Thursday. The Falcons fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 7-6.

Haedan Morton put in work no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out 11 batters over 6.2 innings while giving up just two earned (and five unearned) runs off five hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base.

Morton wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Landon Deza, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. Another was Jake Dreiling, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.
