South Stokes had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. They blew past the North Stokes Vikings 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: South Stokes took every set by at least 25 points. The final score came out to 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

South Stokes had a senior duo take command as Hannah Mcgee had seven aces and four digs and Ellie White had 12 digs and two assists.

South Stokes was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in five consecutive contests.

South Stokes' record is now 16-6. As for North Stokes, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-16 record this season.

As of now, neither South Stokes nor North Stokes have any future games scheduled.
