Cascade Christian and La Center squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Cascade Christian had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 3-2. The Cougars' loss signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

Jenica Walling paced Cascade Christian's offense, picking up 36 kills. Walling got some help from Emma Compton and her 47 assists. Compton was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.
