Keller Central's game on Friday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Northwest Texans. This was a revenge game for Keller Central: when they faced off against Northwest on February 2nd, they had to take a 4-2 defeat.

Austin Martin and Tyler Weoprasert scored both of Keller Central's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

The victory made it two in a row for Keller Central and bumps their season record up to 10-7-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two matchups. As for Northwest, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6-4.

Coincidentally, Keller Central and Northwest will both be playing Southlake Carroll the next time they take the pitch. The Texans will host the Dragons at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Chargers will host them at 6:30 p.m. on March 10.
