Basketball Recap: Kewaskum Takes a Loss

Kewaskum was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They took a blow against the Ripon Tigers, falling 68-36. The Indians were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Kewaskum's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Ripon, their victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 4-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kewaskum has already played their next contest (against West Bend West), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Ripon Tigers take on the Campbellsport Cougars at 7:15 p.m. on January 24th.
