Soccer Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Chazy

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chazy). Everything went their way against the Lake Placid Bombers on Monday as they made off with an 8-1 victory. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 4-0.

Chazy's offense was hitting Lake Placid from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Mason Facteau led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

The win (which was Chazy's third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Coming up, Chazy will challenge Northern Adirondack at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lake Placid will be paying especially close attention to the Eagles' matchup: after the Eagles face off against Keene Central, they'll take on Lake Placid again at 6:00 p.m. on October 3.
