Millard lost to Panguitch back in August of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Eagles came out on top against the Bobcats by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Millard had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-20, 25-18, 25-15.

When it comes to explaining why Panguitch lost, don't look at Brooklyn Harland. Despite the final result, she had 32 digs.

Millard's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Millard will host Piute at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Panguitch, they will challenge Kanab at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
