Farmersville extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday, bumping their season record up to 7-10-1 in the process. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Summit Charter Collegiate Academy Bears, sneaking past 10-8. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 12-2 on April 3rd.

As for Summit Charter Collegiate Academy, their defeat was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-9-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss they have suffered since May 1, 2024.

For Summit Charter Collegiate Academy's part, Valentin Sierra and Seth Ishmael stepped up to the plate in a big way. Sierra went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI, while Ishmael went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Maddox, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
