Monroe Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Fort Dale Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Monroe Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fort Dale Academy, they are taking a road trip to square off against Bessemer Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Rebels have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.27 runs per game on average), something the Eagles will no doubt try to take advantage of.
