Volleyball Recap: Velva Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Velva was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Glenburn Panther, falling 3-0. If the Aggies were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to the Panther when the teams met back in September of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-9, 25-15.

Despite the loss, Velva still got an impressive performance from Keely Cadwell, who had ten digs and three assists.

Velva's loss dropped their record down to 10-8-1. As for Glenburn, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Velva will face off against Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Glenburn, they will take on Surrey at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
