They took down the Elevation Prep Academy Honey Badgers 87-69. This was a revenge game for the Monarchs: when they faced off against the Honey Badgers two weeks ago, they had to take a 85-80 loss.

New Life Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kyle Baldwin led the charge by going 11 for 15 on his way to 29 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. Baldwin is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed three or more in the last four games he's played. New Life Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 24 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Elevation Prep Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being STEPHEN SHAKO, who posted 16 points along with seven rebounds and five assists. The dominant performance gave SHAKO a new career-high in boards. DIDIER ILUNGA was another key player, dropping a double-double on ten points and 11 rebounds.
