Basketball Recap: Lake Region Takes a Loss

Lake Region lost against Fryeburg back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lake Region Lakers fell to the Fryeburg Raiders 50-44. The Lakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lake Region's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Fryeburg, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

When Lake Region and Fryeburg next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Lake Region will try to stop Medomak Valley's three-game winning streak when the meet at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Similarly, Fryeburg will square off against Noble and their three-game winning streak at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
