Wylie East came tearing into Friday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 goals), and they left with even more momentum. Their defense stepped up to hand the Wylie Pirates a 2-0 shutout. The Raiders' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last five games.

Brooke Shields and Arianna Darquea scored both of Wylie East's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 22 goals.
