Basketball Game Preview: Dunwoody Wildcats vs. Pope Greyhounds

Dunwoody hasn't had much luck against Pope recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Wildcats will take on the Greyhounds in a tournament on Monday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

As a matter of fact, Dunwoody put up the most points they have all season on Saturday. They took down West Forsyth 74-60. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Wildcats with their most commanding win of the season.

Meanwhile, Pope took their contest on Saturday with ease, bagging an 82-51 win over Horizon Christian Academy.

Dunwoody now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Pope, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Dunwoody might still be hurting after the 67-43 loss they got from Pope in their previous meeting back in January of 2020. Thankfully for the Wildcats, Will Kolker (who almost dropped a double-double with ten points and nine assists) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
