Volleyball Recap: Anna Extends Winning Streak to Four

Anna came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Houston Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Anna had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 14-25, 25-20, 25-14, 25-18.

Anna was led to victory by Juliana Heinrichs and Donna Foster. Heinrichs had 37 assists, while Foster had 19 digs. What's more, Heinrichs posted four kills, the most she's had since back in August.

Anna's victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Houston, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.
