Soccer Recap: Columbian Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Columbian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Pleasant Spartans, falling 4-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Columbian of the 6-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Columbian's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Pleasant, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1-1.

Columbian and Pleasant will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Tornadoes will take on rival Clyde at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Pleasant is set to face off against their familiar foe Clear Fork at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
