Soccer Recap: Paschal Has No Trouble Against North Side

Paschal kept a clean sheet against North Side on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the North Side Steers. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 184th, while the Steers are ranked 536th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Paschal is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those six matchups. As for North Side, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, Paschal and North Side will both be playing Polytechnic the next time they take the pitch. North Side will host Polytechnic at 7:45 p.m. on Friday, while Paschal will head out to face them at 7:45 p.m. on February 18th.
