Baseball Recap: Owings Mills Comes Up Short

It was a Battle of the Birds when Owings Mills took on Overlea on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles lost 15-3 to the Falcons. The Golden Eagles have struggled against the Falcons recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Owings Mills' loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Overlea, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 3-7 record.

Coincidentally, Owings Mills and Overlea will both be playing Milford Mill Academy the next time they take the field. The Golden Eagles will head out to face the Millers at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Falcons will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
