Elizabethtown won the last time they faced Meade County and things went their way on Monday too. The Panthers came out on top against the Green Waves by a score of 5-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Elizabethtown pushed their record up to 25-10 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Meade County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-10.
