            Baseball Recap: El Camino Colts vs. Burlingame Panthers        
        
		
        
        
            El Camino was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight  defeat  dating back to last season. They came up short against  the Burlingame Panthers, falling  11-3. If the Colts were looking for revenge after losing  10-2 to the Panthers when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
  Nicholas Jang made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  scored a  run and  stole  Two bases. while going 3-for-3.  Dylan Bullintini also deserves some recognition as  he  scored his first  run of the season.
El Camino's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Burlingame, the  win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. El Camino will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Jefferson  at 3:30  p.m.  on Friday. El Camino has given up an average of 8.8 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for Burlingame, they will face off against Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
