Mile High Academy entered their tilt with Twin Peaks Classical Academy on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Timberwolves by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Mustangs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Mile High Academy walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 21-25, 25-15, 25-16.

Lia Zachawerus paced Mile High Academy's offense, picking up 12 kills. Zachawerus got some help from Alaina Hickman and her 20 assists. Addy Dodds controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Mile High Academy's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Twin Peaks Classical Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 7-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Mile High Academy will challenge Beth Eden Baptist at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Twin Peaks Classical Academy, they will head out to challenge Campion Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
