After losing to Willow the last time they met, Houma Christian decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Houma Christian was the clear victor by a 10-2 margin over Willow on Friday. Considering the Warriors have won seven matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for Houma Christian and bumps their season record up to 12-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 2 run in those games. As for Willow, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Houma Christian will head out to challenge Westminster Christian Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Westminster Christian Academy has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.27 runs per game on average), something Houma Christian will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Willow, they will head out on the road to face off against Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
