Volleyball Recap: New Hampton Comes Up Short

New Hampton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Denver Cyclones. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cyclones this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

New Hampton now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Denver, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 22-0.

Coming up, New Hampton will take on South Winneshiek at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Denver, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Humboldt on the 20th.
