Soccer Recap: Merrimack Takes a Loss

Merrimack was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Nashua South Purple Panthers. That's two games in a row now that Merrimack have lost by just one goal.

Merrimack now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Nashua South, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2-2.

Merrimack has already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Exeter on the 18th. As for Nashua South, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 0-0 draw against Hanover on the 18th.
