Softball Recap: John Bapst Memorial Has No Trouble Against Waterville

While John Bapst Memorial put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Waterville. The Crusaders blew past the Panthers 16-0. The win continues a trend for the Crusaders in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won four in a row.

Natalie Haulk was incredible, going 2-for-3 with six RBI and three runs. Another player making a difference was Maddie Peters, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one RBI.

John Bapst Memorial now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Waterville, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, John Bapst Memorial will venture away from home to challenge Ellsworth at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Waterville, they will face off against Spruce Mountain at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
