Volleyball Recap: John J. Duggan Academy Comes Up Short

John J. Duggan Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Hampden Charter School of Science, falling 3-0. John J. Duggan Academy was not able to make up for their defeat to Hampden Charter School of Science from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-14, 25-13.

John J. Duggan Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Hampden Charter School of Science, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. John J. Duggan Academy will challenge Libertas Academy Charter at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Hampden Charter School of Science, they will venture away from home to face off against Mount Everett Regional at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
