Football Recap: Gaithersburg Comes Up Short

After flying high against Northwood last Friday, Gaithersburg came back down to earth. The Trojans fell 28-24 to the Seneca Valley Screamin' Eagles on Thursday. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Screamin' Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Gaithersburg now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Seneca Valley, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Gaithersburg will square off against Watkins Mill at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. As for Seneca Valley, they will challenge Quince Orchard at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
