Potsdam had won two straight road games and Ian VanWagner did his part to make it three on Monday. The Potsdam Sandstoners strolled past the Beekmantown Eagles with points to spare, taking the game 50-34 thanks in part to VanWagner, who went 9 of 17 en route to 23 points in addition to six boards and five steals. His evening made it nine games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Potsdam's record is now 11-2. As for Beekmantown, they now have a losing record at 5-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Potsdam will take on Massena at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Potsdam is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 61.9 points per game this season. As for Beekmantown, they will square off against Peru at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
