Soccer Recap: Eagle Valley Triumphs

Eagle Valley lost to Summit back in March, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Devils never let the Tigers get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what Eagle Valley needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Izzy Hiatt and Addison Mandeville scored all four of Eagle Valley's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 13 goals.

The win got Eagle Valley back to even at 5-5-3. As for Summit, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6-1.

Eagle Valley and Summit will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Devils see the pitch they'll take on Loveland at 5:00 p.m. on May 1. As for Summit, their break will end when they face Glenwood Springs at 6:00 p.m. on the 30th.
