Baseball Recap: Nashoba Valley Tech Comes Up Short

Nashoba Valley Tech came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Maimonides M-Cats, falling 12-2. The Vikings were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the M-Cats earlier this season, when they won 5-2.

Nashoba Valley Tech saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nate Galvin, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.

Nashoba Valley Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Maimonides, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-9.

As of now, neither Nashoba Valley Tech nor the M-Cats have any future games scheduled.
