Rockmart hasn't had much luck against Murray County recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Rockmart Yellowjackets will be playing at home against the Murray County Indians at 6:00 p.m.

Rockmart is headed into Monday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight game on Friday. They were outmatched by Sonoraville and fell 57-26. While losing is never fun, the Yellowjackets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 468th, while the Phoenix are ranked 43rd).

Meanwhile, Murray County waltzed into their contest on Saturday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They enjoyed a cozy 59-42 win over the Tigers.

Murray County's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-1. As for Rockmart, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-21.
