Volleyball Recap: Bayonne Comes Up Short

The Bayonne Bees came up short against the Pinelands Regional Wildcats on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Bayonne has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season. As for Pinelands Regional, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

Bayonne will square off against St. Peter's Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pinelands Regional, they will take on Manchester Township at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. The Hawks will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight.
