Athens won the last time they faced Howardsville Christian and things went their way on Monday too. The Athens Indians came out on top against the Howardsville Christian Eagles by a score of 45-38. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Athens' victory bumped their record up to 6-12. As for Howardsville Christian, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.

Athens has already played their next contest (against Hillsdale Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Howardsville Christian, they will challenge Berrien Springs at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Berrien Springs knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Howardsville Christian likes a good challenge.
