Football Game Preview: Workman Lobos vs. La Puente Warriors

Workman hasn't had much luck against La Puente recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Lobos will be playing in front of their home fans against the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. Workman has given up an average of 47.8 points per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Workman's offense might be in the hot seat on Thursday considering what happened against Garey on Thursday. They took a blow against the Vikings, falling 48-0.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask La Puente). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Duarte 56-7. The win was familiar territory for the Warriors, who have now won three contests in a row.

La Puente's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Workman, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8.
