Volleyball Recap: Blue Valley Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Blue Valley waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Axtell Eagles. For the Rams, this counts as revenge for the 2-0 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Bryleigh Brockman paced Blue Valley's offense, picking up 11 kills. Brockman got some help from Allie Dumler and her 25 assists. Brynlyn Brockman controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Blue Valley's victory bumped their record up to 13-16. As for Axtell, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 17-11-2 record.

Blue Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Doniphan West on the 6th. As for Axtell, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Onaga on the 7th.
