Baseball Game Preview: SA Roosevelt Rough Riders vs. Churchill Chargers

SA Roosevelt hasn't had much luck against Churchill recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. SA Roosevelt is taking a road trip to face off against Churchill at 4:30 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

SA Roosevelt is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 11th straight game on Friday. They came up short against LEE, falling 8-0.

Meanwhile, Churchill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Brandeis. That's two games in a row now that the Chargers have lost by exactly five runs.

SA Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15-1. As for Churchill, their loss dropped their record down to 5-12.

SA Roosevelt suffered a grim 10-0 defeat to Churchill in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can SA Roosevelt avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
