Softball Recap: Westford Academy Gets the Win

Westford Academy won the last time they faced Wayland and things went their way on Monday too. The Grey Ghosts walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Warriors.

Khloe Felicani was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three doubles and two runs. Felicani is crushing it when it comes to hits: she's got at least three every time she's taken the field this season. Grace Janowsky was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Westford Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Wayland, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westford Academy will face off against Acton-Boxborough at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Wayland, they will head out to take on Bedford at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
