Volleyball Recap: Cambridge Takes a Loss

Cambridge saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Gering Bulldogs. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their offense was headlined by Brooklyn Holtze and Mallory Springer, who picked up three kills apiece. Holtze really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with six.

Cambridge's defeat dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Gering, their victory bumped their record up to 13-3.

Looking ahead, Cambridge will challenge Loomis on Tuesday. As for Gering, they will square off against Sidney on Thursday.
