Baseball Recap: Pitman Comes Up Short

Pitman and Jesuit squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Pitman had to settle for second. They came up short against the Marauders, falling 9-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Pride have suffered since March 9th.

Pitman dropped their record down to 17-11 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Jesuit, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-11 record this season.

Pitman does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Jesuit, they will challenge Rocklin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
