South Rowan hadn't beaten A.L. Brown on the road since December 29, 2021 but that history sure didn't bother them on Tuesday. The Raiders came out on top against the Wonders by a score of 42-29. The Raiders have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wonders, too.

A.L. Brown's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Michaela Buster, who posted eight points. Imani Franklin was another key player, putting up seven points.

South Rowan has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Rowan will host Union Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for A.L. Brown, they will square off against Northwest Cabarrus at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
