Soccer Recap: Walla Walla Comes Up Short

Walla Walla managed to keep up with Richland until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Blue Devils came up short against the Bombers, falling 4-1. Walla Walla haven't had much luck with Richland recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Walla Walla's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Richland, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-4.

Looking ahead, Walla Walla will head out to challenge Hermiston at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Walla Walla are facing Hermiston at the right time seeing as Hermiston are stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Richland, they will square off against Hanford at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hanford's last four contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
