Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Anna Dedo and Sydney Skinnner Lead Homewood-Flossmoor to Victory

Homewood-Flossmoor posted their closest victory since August 29th on Thursday. They skirted past the Marian Catholic Spartans 2-1. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Spartans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Homewood-Flossmoor was actually outscored in aggregate across those three sets (68-65), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 15-25, 25-23, 25-20.

Homewood-Flossmoor was led to victory by Sydney Skinnner and Anna Dedo. Skinnner had seven digs and five assists, while Dedo had ten assists and four digs. Those five assists gave Skinnner a new career-high.

Homewood-Flossmoor's victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Marian Catholic, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7.
