Football Recap: Dooly County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Dooly County extended their losing streak to four on Friday, dropping them down to 1-8. The game between the Bobcats and the Hawkinsville Red Devils didn't end well, with the Bobcats falling 33-14. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bobcats of the 36-13 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2024.

Seven Sutton threw for 46 yards and one TD. Jamonte Taylor was his top target, picking up 41 receiving yards and one score.

As for Hawkinsville, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 30.0 points over those games.

Nieem Blair had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 75 yards and a pair of touchdowns, while also catching one TD.

As of now, neither Dooly County nor Hawkinsville have any future games scheduled.
