Soccer Recap: Woodlake Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Woodlake can now relate to. They lost 4-1 to the East Bakersfield Blades on Friday.

Woodlake's defeat dropped their record down to 15-7. As for East Bakersfield, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-5.

Woodlake does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Bakersfield, they will challenge Riverdale at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Riverdale is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.
