Volleyball Recap: Vista Ridge Rangers vs. Round Rock Dragons
Vista Ridge had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They skirted past the Round Rock Dragons 3-2. The Rangers' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Vista Ridge had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 20-25, 25-18, 25-16, 15-12.
Kai Nedrow went supernova, getting 22 digs and four aces. Those four aces gave him a new career-high. Lucas Henriques also deserves some recognition as he had his first block of the season.
