Basketball Recap: Friday's Win Is Bergen Catholic's 16th in Last 18 Outings

On Friday, Bergen Catholic faced Gill St. Bernard in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Bergen Catholic Crusaders came out on top against the Gill St. Bernard's Knights by a score of 69-62. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Crusaders also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2021.

Bergen Catholic has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 18 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.1 points over those games. Gill St. Bernard's loss dropped their record down to 17-6.

As of now, neither Bergen Catholic nor Gill St. Bernard's have any future games scheduled.
