Volleyball Game Preview: Notre Dame Academy Eagles vs. Mercy Marlins + How To Watch

Notre Dame Academy is 0-4 against Mercy since September of 2023 but things could change on Monday. The Eagles will head out to square off against the Marlins at 6:00 p.m.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Notre Dame Academy faced off against Bishop Fenwick on Saturday. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcons.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Mercy came tearing into Saturday's matchup with nine straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against Divine Savior Holy Angels.

Mercy's victory bumped their record up to 22-2. As for Notre Dame Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-18.

Notre Dame Academy might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Mercy when the teams last played back in September. Can the Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
