Isander Poventud posted a new career-high in triples on Friday. He went 2-for-3 with two triples and three runs. He has become a key player for Kennesaw Mountain: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 9-10 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Poventud and Kennesaw Mountain are taking a road trip to square off against Harrison at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
